SET SITEEE 2021 Notification

SET SITEEE 2021 Application Form has been available from May 2021. The Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT) conducts SITEEE (symbiosis institute of technology entrance examination) to provide admission to the student’s undergraduate & postgraduate engineering programs in the Symbiosis Institute of Technology. Those students are wishing to get admission to the engineering program from this institute. They can apply in the SET SITEEE Examination by filling the application form online mode only. On the basis of eligibility criteria, students can apply for this test and admission will be provided to the students in the engineering courses. The date of the examination will be announced soon.

Eligibility for SET SITEEE 2021

SET SITEEE Examination eligibility criteria  given below:

• The students should be qualified from a recognized board with Mathematics and physics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Biotechnology/Chemistry/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects. Obtained at least 45%score (40% in case of students belonging to Scheduled Tribes/ Scheduled Caste) in the above subjects taken together. B. Tech (Lateral entry to the 2ndyear).
• They should be qualified in Diploma examination from an AICTE approved Institution with at least 45% score(40% in case of students belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes) in an appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology.
• Students will be eligible to apply if they have completed qualifying qualifications from any Foreign Board / University must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

SET SITEEE Exam Pattern

• Mode of the Examination: Online Only
• Type of Questions: MCQs
• Duration: 150 minutes
• Marking Scheme: No negative marking 

SET SITEEE 2021 Application Form

• SET SITEEE 2021 Application Form has been available from May 2021.
• Primarily, students need to go on the official webpage of the Symbiosis Institute of Technology.
• Students should have to submit their personal (name, gender, date of birth, etc), academic (10th & 12th standard qualifications) & communication information (email ID, address, mobile number, etc).
• After that, students have to upload a scanned image of their photographs. The password and application number will be generated.
• They need to make the payment of application fee online mode only using net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline mode (demand draft drawn in favor of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat” payable at Pune).
• After making payment, students have to submit the application form and also take the print out of it for further use.

Entrance Test Fee

• The entrance test fee for SITEEE is INR 2000/- (Non-refundable and non-transferable). The same includes the programme registration fee of the programme offered by Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT).

SET SITEEE 2021 Syllabus

• The syllabus of SET SITEEE will be based on the JEE Main syllabus & the students need to cover class 11 & class 12 topics as Fixed, by CBSE. Thus for SET 2019, Engineering students can refer to the CBSE syllabus.

SET SITEEE 2021 Admit Card

• The SET SITEEE Admit Card will issue to the students on the official website on the provided schedule through authority. The admit card will display the examination center with the address that is selected by the students at the time of filling the application form. Students will not be permitted to enter the examination hall without admit card.

Counseling of SET SITEEE 2021

The provided schedule through authority, the counseling procedure will be placed & those students are selected in the merit list as per their score, they will call out for counseling sessions. Selected students must have to appear in counseling rounds in-person & complete the admission formalities and they have to report at Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune. All the engineering courses Pune is run by SIT.
