JET Agriculture 2021 Notification

JET Agriculture 2021 Application Form will be released online mode. JET Agriculture is a state-level entrance test also referred to as the Rajasthan Joint Entrance exam (JET). The exam will be organized by Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT), Udaipur. In this entrance examination, students will be able to get admission in the field of Dairy Technology, Agriculture, Food Technology, & Forestry fields. After the test, qualifying students will get admission into different government and private agriculture institutions of the State.

JET Agriculture 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Students must check to go through following details of JET Agriculture Eligibility Criteria to given below

• Qualification: Students must have passed 12th or equivalent examination from Ajmer, Rajasthan or any other equivalent board.
• Domicile: Students who will have domicile of Rajasthan state will only be eligible to apply.
• Mandatory Subjects: Students must have passed the 12th level with Physics, Chemistry, Agriculture & Mathematics Biology, subject.
• Percentage: Students will have to pass with a 50 percent aggregate score to be eligible to apply.
• Relaxation: There will be 5% relaxation in the qualifying marks for students belonging to SC/ OBC / ST /SBC category.
• Age Limit: The maximum age of applying students should be 25 years as on 1/01/2021.
• Appearing: Students appearing in their 12th level are also eligible to apply.

JET Agriculture 2021 Application Form

 Students must check the following details regarding JET The Application form will be available online mode only.

• The application process will include – Registration, Filling the application form, submission of application fee and  Printing of filled in the application form.
• Students will be able to fill the application form from 1st week of March 2021.
• The last date to submit the application fee will be until the 2nd week of April 2021.
• Students must completely fill the application as incomplete application forms will get rejected.
• Authority will also provide a correction facility in the application form. Students will be able to edit details till 1st week of April 2021.
• It will be mandatory for all the students to provide valid and working Email ID and Phone number in the application form.
• Students will also have to upload passport size signature & photograph in JPG/ JPEG/ PNG/ BMP file. Signature and Photograph size to be uploaded must be between 30 KB to 50 KB.
• There will be no need to send any hard copy of the application form to the university.
• Students must keep the printout safe until the end of the admission procedure.

Application Fee

• Students will be able to submit the application fee online mode only.
• The ways of payment include debit card, credit card or net-banking.
• General/ SBC/ OBC category students will have to submit Rs.2800 as application fee.
• All other students will have to pay the fee of Rs.1400.
• The fee will be non-transferrable/non-refundable in any case.

Exam Pattern of JET Agriculture 2021

The exam criteria are consisting of exam schedule, exam timing, distribution of questions in the exam. Exam pattern 2021 JET Agriculture is given below:

• Subject: The exam will be consisting of five segments- Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Agriculture. Each segment will be distributed into 40 scores.
• Marking Scheme: After attempting 1 correct answer, 4 scores will be given.
• Exam Mode: Rajasthan JET 2021 will be conducted in offline mode only.
• Medium: The question paper will be available in Bilingual, i.e., both in Hindi and in English medium.
• Exam Duration:  Two hours.
• Question Type: Multiple-choice questions
• Total Questions: 200 questions 
• Marking Scheme: For every correct answer, 4 scores will be awarded.
• Negative Marking: One mark will get cut for each wrong answer.

JET Agriculture 2021 Syllabus

The syllabus of JET agriculture is included in the syllabus for all offered courses in the university. It consists of the subject-wise syllabus. The syllabus will be structured by 11th and 12th. JET Agriculture 2021 syllabus  given below:

• Agriculture Syllabus: Seed production-nucleus, certified seeds and foundation, Dry farming-importance, principles, and characteristics, Crop production technology in dry farming areas, Mixed cropping, its types and benefits, Crop rotation, its principles and advantages, Tillage: objectives, primary & secondary tillage, Sowing methods, seed dormancy and ways to remove it, Seed treatment, vegetable production & Importance of fruits, Importance of livestock in agriculture, general knowledge in Agriculture and General proficiency, Pulses-Green gram, cowpea, pigeon pea, black gram, kidney bean, gram & pea, Oil seeds-Groundnut, sesame, soybean, mustard, linseed, safflower, sunflower and taramira, Cash crop-Sugarcane, tobacco and potato a, Sunhemp and Fiber crops-Cotton, Fodder crops-Berseem, lucerne, oat, pearl millet, and cluster-bean, Spices-Fenugreek, coriander and cumin, Characteristics of quality seed, seed germination and factors affecting it.
• Biology Syllabus: Unity of Life, Continuity of Life, Vertebrates, Plant Physiology, Environmental Biology, Human Welfare, Botany, Invertebrates.
• Chemistry Syllabus: Structure of Atom, Periodicity in Properties, Periodic Table, Molecular Structure and Chemical Bonding, Redox reaction, Chemical Equilibrium, Chemical Kinetics, Ionic Equilibria, Bases and Acids, Energetics, Colloidal State of Matter, Metals,‘s’- Block elements, d-Block elements, Chemistry in Action, Natural Polymers and Synthetic, Aromatic compounds, Aliphatic amines, Reactivity and Structure, Hybridisation and Valency of carbon, Pyrolysis, (Grignard reagents) Organo Metallic compounds, Saturated Hydrocarbons (up to 5 carbon atoms), Unsaturated Hydrocarbons, Organic Chemistry based on functional groups A, Organic Chemistry based on functional groups B.
• Mathematics: Algebra of Complex Number, Geometry, Functions and Relations, Matrices, Vectors, Differentiation, Integration.
• Physics: Dynamic of Particle, Thermodynamics, Waves, Rotational Motion, Electrostatics & much more.

Admit Card of JET Agriculture 2021

• Students have to download the admit card through the website. The Rajasthan JET Admit Card 2021 is provided to candidate online mode only. There is no facility to send admit card to the student personally. Students will not get permission to appear for the examination, without producing a valid admit card. Candidates can get their admit card through candidate login by entering “Registration Number” and “Password”.

Result of JET Agriculture 2021

• The result and options form will be announced in June 2021. The authority will publish a list of students mentioning their Roll Number & Registration Number with the other details. Students should take the printout of the result & keep it safe for future use.
