COMEDK UGET 2021 Application Form has been announced. The Consortium of Medical, Engineering & Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) will organize the entrance test of COMEDK UGET 2021. It is a state-level entrance test through which a number of students will be provided admission in B.Tech degree programs. Students qualifying the exam with a minimum qualifying score will be given admission in different engineering colleges located in the Karnataka State.

Eligibility for COMEDK UGET 2021

COMEDK UGET 2021 eligibility criteria given below:

UG Engineering Courses:

• The students must have passed the 2nd PUC or 10+2 higher secondary or its equivalent examination from the recognized board.
• students should complete the last 2 years of study with PCM & English as a compulsory subject.
• Students should qualify the above examination with a minimum aggregate of 45% score(40% score for ST/SC & OBC category of Karnataka) in PCM subjects.
• Pass these subjects individually.
• Students, please note that you must have Physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject along with any optional subject such as Chemistry or Bio-Technology & Biology or any other technical vocational courses.
• An attempt in the COMEDK Entrance exam seeking admission to Engineering courses is considered adequate for figuring in the rank list.
• COMEDK UGET 2021 will not be conducted for the diploma students because there are no lateral entry admissions.
• Students have to produce the original scorecard of the qualifying examination during the counseling process.

UG Architecture Courses:

• Those who are interested in the architecture courses must have completed a second PUC or +2 higher secondary or its equivalent examination which is recognized by the State/Central Government.
• Pass above examination with Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics as the mandatory subjects.
• The percentage criterion of 50% aggregate is required in the qualifying examination & 50% score in PCM subjects.
• Must have appeared in the National Aptitude exam in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture and secure minimum 80 out of 200 (for all category students).
• No entrance exam will be organized for admission to B.Arch Courses.
• Those seeking admission in this architecture course have to apply for divided applications for counseling.

COMEDK UGET 2021 Application Form

Students can check the details of COMEDK UGET 2021 Application Form given below:

• The Application form is made released from 16th January 2021.
• Students can fill their application form online mode only. 
• Students are advised to fill the application form carefully & correctly.
• In case of mistakes in the form, students can make corrections in the form from the 18th to 20th April 2021.
• After filling all details, students have to upload documents like signature and photograph, unique ID, proof, parent’s signature, etc in the specified format.
• Upload photograph and signature in JPG/jpeg format Image size will be 80 KB & ID proof size should be a minimum 150 KB.
• There will be no need to send any hardcopy of the document by post or mail to the authority.
• Take a printout of the filled application form and keep it safe until the completion of the admission procedure.
• Application fee can be submitted online mode only.
• Students can submit their application fee using credit card/debit card or net banking.
• The application fee is 1600 (convenience charge/ fee as applicable).

COMEDK UGET 2021 Exam Pattern

• Exam Mode: CBT mode
• Number and type of Questions:180 multiple-choice questions(MCQ)
• Language Medium: English Only
• Total Marks:180 marks. Each section will be 3 hours 
• Subjects: Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry.
• Marking Scheme: For each correct response,1 mark will be given, Negative marks are not applicable.

Physics Syllabus:

The physics syllabus involves of Alternating Current, Ray Optics, Units of Measurement, Principles of Communication, theory of Gases and Vector Motions, Oscillations, Heat & Thermodynamics, Elastic Kinetic, Current & Electricity, Simple Harmonic Motion, Electromagnetic Induction, Motion in one, two & three dimensions, EM Waves, Kinetic Energy, thermal & chemical effects of currents, Capacitance, Heat, and Thermodynamic, X-Ray, Wave Optics, Radioactivity, Gravitation.

Chemistry Syllabus:

Mathematics Syllabus:

The mathematics section can be asked from Probability, Logarithmic Series, Correlation & Regression, Differential Equation, Vectors, and Calculus, Three Dimensional Geometry, Circles, Trigonometry, Matrices & Determinants, Coordinate Geometry.

COMEDK UGET 2021 Admit Card

The entrance exam of COMEDK UGET 2021, the board will release the admit card online on the website. Students have to visit the website & download their admit cards by entering User Id & Password. It is expected that the admit card will be available from 1st May 2021. Admit card is an important document without which no students will be allowed to sit for the test. On the test, students have to show their admit cards along with their valid photo id proof for identity verification. Also, students must attach their passport size photograph on the admit card after downloading it.

COMEDK UGET 2021 Result

The declaration of results, the university will release the provisional answer keys on the official website. The students can also raise an objection against the provisional answer keys. After analyzing the students ’ objections, the authorities will announce the final answer key on the official website. Soon after the announcement of final answer keys, the result of COMEDK UGET 2021 will be made available on the official website. Along with the result, the merit list of the selected students will be published online.

COMEDK UGET 2021 Counseling

Only the qualified students shortlisted in the merit list will be known as the counseling process. The counseling will be organized in offline mode only in the month of June 2021. The Procedure and Schedule of counseling will be described on the website. The Counselling process will include – Registration & Counselling fee payment, Option Entry and locking, Mock Allotment, Seat Allotment & Document Verification. Students must carry all the required documents on the day of counseling for verification.
