Assam Agricultural University is the organization located in the North-Eastern Region of India. AAU VET 2020 will be conducted in the 3rd week of June 2020 in, Guwahati, Jorhat & Biswanath Chariali. Assam Agricultural University offers PG, UG & Doctoral courses under various faculties such as the faculty of agriculture, faculty of fisheries sciences, faculty of veterinary science.

Eligibility Criteria of AAU VET 2020
Student checks the following details regarding AAU VET Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Indian National students are eligible to apply.
- Qualification: Students need to clear their tenth and +2 or its equivalent from a recognized board or university.
- Mandatory subjects: Students have to clear with the Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Agriculture/ Forestry / Biology subjects in +2 class.
- Percentage: Students of General/ UPS/ OBC category must have secured a minimum of 50% score (for SC/ ST/ DAC-40% score) in the examination.
- Age limit: Students who want to apply age should be 16 years of age on the date of applying for admission for undergraduate degree programs. To apply for all programs other than B.V.Sc & A.H students.
- Eligible: Students are eligible to apply for admission into the postgraduate programs who have completed SRFs/ JRFs /RAs at AAU and above criteria.
Application Form of AAU VET 2020
- AAU VET 2020 Application form will be available on online or offline mode only from the first week of May 2020.
- Submit the form filled application form before or till the last week of May 2020.
- Students can even apply for registration online on the official portal at AAU VET.
- Register inform all personal & requirement qualification details etc.
- After that upload/attach the recent Photograph which size should be in (20 KB to 50 KB) & also Signature (15 KB to 30 KB) both should be in jpeg jpg, format.
- The printed copies of completed AAU VET Application by students for further uses.
- All students have to pay application fees compulsory to register for A.H. and V.Sc & any Master’s Programme INR 1,100/– and INR 500/‐ for other degree programs.
- Students can use online payment gateway via credit card/ debit card//net banking.
Exam Pattern of AAU VET 2020
Exam pattern is given below:

- Marking section: 1 mark for the correct answer
- Number of subjects: Subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Maths)
- Negative marks:0.25 for the wrong answer
Syllabus of AAU VET 2020
- Assam Agricultural University has the predefined syllabus for the entrance test. The question will define on the basis of +2 class questions. The subject will be taken from Chemistry Physics, & Maths/Biology subjects. This syllabus announced by the examination authority of the Assam Agriculture University. By using this syllabus the students will be prepared for the AAU VET entrance test.
Admit card of AAU VET 2020:
- AAU VET Admit Card will be available online by AAU in June 2020. If students fail to show the admit card to the invigilator at the test center, they will not be permitted to give the examination. Admit card is the mandatory document without which students cannot appear for AAU VET. The student will not be allowed to enter without the admit card.
Result of AAU VET 2020:
- The result will declare in June month every year. In the academic session 2020, the university declares the result in June 2020. For checking the result the students need to visit the university official website.
Counseling of AAU VET 2020:
Students who have qualified in AAU VET 2020 will be called for counseling by AAU. Students whose names appear in the merit list will be eligible to attend the counseling. The final admission will be on the basis of merit of students, availability of seats and reservation policy. The documents that students need to carry on the day of counseling are as follows:

- Passport size photographs
- Permanent resident certificate of Assam

- AAU VET Scorecard
- Category certificate (if applicable)
