ICAR AIEEA 2021 Application Form :

Applicants are advised to read the given below instructions and fill the application form carefully.

• Applicants can fill ICAR AIEEA 2021 application form which is expected to be released in may 2021.
• The applicants will be able to fill the application form through online mode only.
• The application form can be filled and submitted which is yet to announce. Applicants need to register themselves by filling their basic required information.
• Applicants have to make the payment of application fee.
• ICAR AIEEA Application Form Correction Facility will be provided after completing the application procedure.
• Applicants must submit the application form on time and keep it printout for future use.

Application Fee :

• Applicants need to pay application fee as per their number of courses chosen.
• Application fee can be paid online through debit/credit card/UPI/Net Banking.
• Application Fee will be non-refundable if paid once.

Eligibility Criteria :

ICAR AIEEA Eligibility criteria is given below for the applicants for various courses :

Nationality :

• Applicant must be a citizen of India national.

Aadhaar Card :

• Aadhaar card is mandatory except for Jammu & Kashmir, Assam, and Meghalaya state applicants. Those who applied for Aadhaar card and haven’t received it yet, can enter the 16 digit number given on the enrollment slip.

For UG Courses :

• Age: Applicant’s age must be 16 years as of 31st August 2021.
• Qualifying Exam: Applicants must have passed the 12th standard from a recognized board/university.
• Marks Required: Applicants must have 50% marks in the 12th standard if they belong to the general/OBC/UPS category and 40% marks if they belong to SC/ST/PC category.
• Appearing Applicants: Applicants who will be appearing in their 12th level exams will be also eligible to apply.

For PG Courses :

• Age: Applicant must have a minimum of 19 years of age as of 31st August 2021.
• Qualifying Exam: Applicants must complete their education in the pattern of 10+2+5 (B.V. Sc. & A.H)/10+2+4/10+6/10+2+3.
• Marks Required: Applicants must have a minimum of 6.60/10,3.25/5,2.60/4 grade points if they belong to the General/OBC/UPS category. If applicants belong to the SC/ST/PC category they must have a minimum of 5.60/10, 2.75/5, 2.20/4 grade points.
• Appearing Applicants: Applicants who will be appearing in the last year of their qualifying exam will also be eligible to apply.

ICAR AIEEA 2021 Exam Pattern :

ICAR AIEEA 2021 exam pattern is given below for the applicants of UG & PG courses :

For UG Courses :

• Mode of Exam: The exam will be conducted through online CBT mode.
• Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Agriculture, Mathematics.
• Time Duration: Paper will be of 2 hr 30 minutes duration.
• Type & No of Questions: There will be 150 MCQs in the examination.
• Language: Questions will be in Hindi and English.
• Total Marks: Paper will be 600 marks.
• Marking Scheme: Applicants will get 4 marks for each right answer.
• Negative Marking: Applicants will lose 1 mark for each wrong answer.

For PG Courses :

• Mode of Exam: The exam will be conducted through online CBT mode.
• Type of Questions: There will be MCQs and cross-matching questions in the exam.
• Total Questions: There will be 120 questions in the examination.
• Language: Questions will be in English.
• Time Duration: Paper will be of 2 hrs duration.
• Total Marks: The exam will be of total of 480 marks.
• Marking Scheme: Applicants will get 4 marks for each right answer.
• Negative Marking: Applicants will lose 1 mark for each wrong response.

• Physics: Physical World and Measurement, Kinematics, Laws of Motion, Work, Energy and Power, Motion of System of Particles and Rigid Body, Gravitation, Properties of Bulk Matter, Thermodynamics, Behaviour of Perfect Gas and Kinetic Theory, Oscillations and Waves, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Magnetic Effects of Current and Magnetism, Electromagnetic Waves, etc.
• Chemistry: Some Basic Concepts of Chemistry, Solid State, Solutions, Structure of Atom, Classification of Elements and Periodicity in Properties, Chemical Bonding, and Molecular Structure, States of Matter: Gases and Liquids, Thermodynamics, Equilibrium, Hydrogen, General Introduction to p-Block Elements: Group 13 Elements, etc.

• Applicants are advised to cover the total syllabus topic by topic and prepare those topics first for which they feel difficult to eliminate exam pressure.

ICAR AIEEA 2021 Admit Card :

ICAR AIEEA 2021 admit card will be released 10 days before the exam. Applicants can download their admit card by filling in the required details i.e. registration number and password.

Applicants must bring a copy of a self-attested admit card with valid ID proof to get entry into the examination center. Applicants who will not carry their admit cards will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

Applicants need to keep a copy of admit card till the completion of the admission procedure in the university. In case of feeling difficulty in downloading admit cards, applicants must contact the nodal officer two days before the examination.

ICAR AIEEA 2021 Result :

ICAR AIEEA 2021 Result will be declared 15 days after the exam. Applicants can download their results with the help of their registration number and password.

A subject-wise merit list will be prepared based on the marks secured by the applicants in the entrance examination. In case of a tie, applicants older in age will get priority on the merit list.

As a result, the applicant’s overall rank will be published. Applicants are advised to take a printout of the result for the process of counseling and admission.

Reservation :

ICAR AIEEA 2021 Reservation will be based on the caste of the applicant. Reservation criteria for the applicants are listed below in the table :

ICAR AIEEA 2021 Counselling :

For the process of ICAR AIEEA 2021 Counselling applicants will be required to pay Rs. 2000 to the ICAR which will be refundable to those applicants who will not get a seat during the counseling process. For those applicants who will get the seat during counseling, this amount will get managed in the course fee of the institution.

Merit list will be prepared based on the reservation system for the process of counseling. Applicants can take part in the online process of counseling and can choose courses and colleges as per their choice. Original documents required for the process of counseling are listed below :

• Proof of date of birth- class 10th certificate
• All certificate of class 10th and 12th
• Degree certificate (if any)
• Caste certificate (if required)
• Domicile certificate
• Admit card
• Character certificate
• Aadhar card

ICAR AIEEA 2021 Admission :

Applicants that will not take part in the process of counselling cannot participate in ICAR AIEEA 2021 admission procedure. Applicants who qualified for the process of counseling will be eligible for the process of admission.

Applicants have to submit their admission fees within the stipulated time period. Applicants will produce their original documents at the time of the admission process. If applicants will not pay their course fee, their candidature will get canceled and seats will be allotted to the next applicant on the merit list.
