Uni-GAUGE-E is a national level test conducted by ERA Foundation for admission to B.E. & B. Tech courses. Students from anywhere in India can apply for this test & take admission in any of the participating Institutions or Universities accepting Uni-GAUGE score. In a year, Uni-GAUGE-E 2020 is scheduled for May 10, 2020, in online mode only.

Uni-Gauge-E 2020 Application Form

  • The Uni GAUGE Application Form has been available on 16th January 2020.
  • Application Form Uni GAUGE 2020 can be filled till 17th April 2020.
  • The Application Form will be available for the students from the official website.
  • The filling of the application involves too many steps and we have tried to list some of them.
  • Students have to carefully fill and check the information provided in the Application Form before the submission.
  • After the successful registration, students will receive the user ID & password on their mobile number & email ID.
  • The authorization will also provide the correction facility in the Application Form.
  • Students are advised to take a printout of the Application Form for future use.
  • The application fee for PCM students will be Rs 1600/-.
  • The application fee will be non-refundable.
  • The application fee can be paid online, credit card, net banking, or debit card.

Eligibility Criteria for Uni-Gauge-E 2020

  • The students should be more than 17 years of age while applying for the test.
  • Students should provide an announcement about their admissibility to the ERA foundation.
  • Students who already have the diploma can also apply for the Uni GAUGE.
  • The General category Students should have cleared the HSC & achieved a minimum of 45% of the marks in the test.
  • The reserved category students should have cleared the HSC and achieved a minimum of 40% of the score in the test.
  • The students must have studied Chemistry, Physics, and Maths in SSC and HSC and must have cleared in the test also.
  • Students should have obtained a minimum of 45% score for general and 40% for SC/ ST & OBC students.
  •  Students should have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December 2019.
  • Diploma holder students are also eligible to apply.

Syllabus for Uni-Gauge-E 2020

Physics: laws of motion, Kinematics, gravitation, properties of bulk matter, thermodynamics, the behavior of perfect gases and kinematic theory of gases, physical world, and measurement, oscillations, and waves, communication systems electrostatics, optics, current electricity, work energy and power, the motion of systems of particles and rigid body, magnetics effect and current and magnetism, electromagnetic induction and alternation current, dual nature of matter and radiation, atoms and nuclei, electronic devices.

Chemistry: Rules of filling electrons and orbitals, the third law of thermodynamics. introduction of the structure of atoms, hydrogen bond, types of chemical, molecular orbital theory, ideal behavior, intermolecular forces, quantum mechanical model, shapes of atomic orbital, bonds, valence bond theory, deviation from ideal behavior, liquid state, thermodynamic terms, the first law of thermodynamics, spontaneity.

Mathematics:  linear and quadratic inequalities, definite integrals, Venn diagram permutation and combinations, binomial theorem, sets, and their representations, straight lines sequences, and series, relations, and functions, trigonometric functions, determination, conic sections, three-dimensional geometry, limits and continuity, probability, principal of mathematical inductions, relations, and functions, inverse trigonometric functions, matrices, differentiability, applications of derivatives.

Uni-Gauge-E 2020 Admit Card

  • The Uni GAUGE Admit card 2020 will be available on first May 2020. The admit cards will be available on the official website for the students. Students can download the document using their registration credentials. Students have to carry the admit card while attending the test as it is mandatory. Students should keep the admit card safely till the admission process gets over.

Uni-Gauge-E Result 2020

  • The Uni GAUGE 2020 scorecard will be available on 26th May 2020. Students can check their results online by entering the required login details. The results will be also available on the official website. Students have to download the results from the website. The results will show the scores achieved by the students in the entrance examination.

Uni-Gauge-E 2020 Counseling

  • Those students clear the examination they can participate in the counseling round. Students’ names should we mention in the merit list. The students those complete the counseling round can proceed to the next level. The next level is the seat allotment. The students can select their seat if they get a good score in Uni-Gauge-E 2020 counseling. The students can apply to the many institutions for seat allotment.

Q: Students should have passed the second Pre-University Course (PUC) or+2 Or Higher Secondary or equivalent examination. Diploma students looking for admission to Engineering streams are eligible for the Uni Gauge Entrance test. Examination passed should be recognized by the Central Government/State.

Q: When will ERA Foundation officials conduct the Entrance Test?
